Generate reports (costs, metrics, migration plan) from kcp scan data

Synopsis¶

Generate reports from the data collected by kcp discover / kcp scan .... Subcommands: costs (AWS bill reconciliation), metrics (CloudWatch throughput aggregates), plan (deterministic migration plan).
